MACK #1003 - WorldWide 3-Year Extended Warranty for Professional Film Camera for $27.00

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL warranties MUST be purchased WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATED RECEIPT FOR the digital camera, whether you buy the camera here or elsewhere.

This warranty covers all parts and labor for an additional period of 3 (three) years of the manufacturer's normal warranty. This limited warranty applies to profesional 35mm SLR and medium and large format camera bodies and one standard lens within it's normal lens range registered with the camera. The professional equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or it will be repaired to operate properly at no charge to you (see "the fine print," below).

This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.

Note Well! NO PROBLEM with purchasing your products elsewhere and then buying your warranty here, but a MACK WORLDWIDE WARRANTY is valid only when you have purchased it within thirty (30) days of your original equipment purchase. We date your receipt on the day of your order.

ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT: This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 3 (three) years. This limited warranty applies only to the product registered with one camera body and one lens within the standard lens range. The professional equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly at no charge to you (this includes all parts and labor). Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories not covered: flashes, data backs (which are not built into the camera), batteries, loss of film and additional accessories, other expenses or consequential damages. This limited warranty is transferable on listed equipment for a $15.00 fee.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service, it must be delivered post paid with warranty #, the owner's name and address, dated sales invoice and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, NJ 07081 along with a check for $10.00 to cover shipping and handling in the Continental U.S. (cost for overseas shipping to be determined).

It is NOT necessary that you buy your equipment to be warranted here (you may buy the product elsewhere and the warranty here) but theMack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchaseof your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchasefor your equipment and the extended warranty, plus your warranty registration number. The advantage of the Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty is the opportunity for worldwide service. We will honor your Mack Camera Extended Warranty where ever you are in the world (except for TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada). From North America to Asia, you are protected from any out of pocket expenses you may incur due to manufacturer defects of your equipment (again, with the exception of TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada).
     PRIOR to having equipment serviced at an international factory service center, please email bwarner@mackcam.comfor a service authorization number. In the email, please provide us with your Name, Warranty Number, Make and Model of your equipment and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. You will receive an authorization number for service via email. It's that easy!!!

 We Charge $2.45 for US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states  OR by UPS Ground it costs $7.75-per-Warranty to 'lower' (contiguous) 48 States for our costs of Processing + Shipping + Tracking + Handling + Insurance. MAKE SHIPPING CHOICE DURING CHECKOUT .
