MACK #1012 - 3 Year Digital Camera Under $500 for $26.95

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL warranties MUST be purchased WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATED RECEIPT FOR the digital camera, whether you buy the camera here or elsewhere.

For ANY BRAND OF STILL DIGITAL CAMERA priced up to $500 MACK DIGITAL CAMERA 3-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY, your warranty will read in part as follows:

The equipment registered below is warranted to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 3 additional years after expiration of manufacturer's warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service it must be delivered post paid with warranty#, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, N.J. 07081 with a check for $10.00 for shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (cost subject for overseas shipping to be determined) or Call (973) 467-2291 or 800-252-MACK (outside of N.J) for a U.P.S. Call Tag. For international inquires contact us at international@mackcam.com.

The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes all warranted parts and labor.) Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, provided the equipment has not been, misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact, physically broken parts or or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This limited warranty is transferable for a $15.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms, and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer.

This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover accessory flashes, LCD's (covered for manufacturer defects) accessory lens, batteries, power adapter, digital media, software, and additional accessories or other expenses or consequential damages.

Retain this portion of our contract, it is your proof of ownership. You will be required to present it for service.

This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contact is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service along with your proof of purchase. Mack Camera & Video Service, Inc. reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or service contract holder. The laws in your state may extend your rights or modify the terms of this Service Contract. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Service Contract and the laws of your state, the laws of your state shall be controlling. It is NOT necessary that you buy your equipment to be warranted here (you may buy the product elsewhere and the warranty here) but theMack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchaseof your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchasefor your equipment and the extended warranty, plus your warranty registration number. Please be sure to retain all copies for your records!  *Warranty Registration can even be done ONLINE!

The advantage of the Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty is the opportunity for worldwide service. We will honor your Mack Camera Extended Warranty where ever you are in the world (except for TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada). From North America to Asia, you are protected from any out of pocket expenses you may incur due to manufacturer defects of your equipment (again, with the exception of TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada).
     PRIOR to having equipment serviced at an international factory service center, please email bwarner@mackcam.comfor a service authorization number. In the email, please provide us with your Name, Warranty Number, Make and Model of your equipment and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. You will receive an authorization number for service via email. It's that easy!!!

 We Charge $2.45 for US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states  OR by UPS Ground it costs $7.75-per-Warranty to 'lower' (contiguous) 48 States for our costs of Processing + Shipping + Tracking + Handling + Insurance. MAKE SHIPPING CHOICE DURING CHECKOUT .
