MACK #1015 - 3 Year Professional Still Digital Warranty (Under $3000) for $47.75

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL warranties MUST be purchased WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATED RECEIPT FOR the digital camera, whether you buy the camera here or elsewhere.

The digital still camera registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days of the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. You must register this service contract within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website or by calling us toll free at 1-800- [the phone number specified on your certificate will appear here].

This service contract will cover one digital camera body and one lens providing that both pieces of equipment are listed on the same sales receipt. This plan is void if the registered product exceeds the service contract price category.

This service contract includes coverage of one (1) lens for units sold as kits. The body and lens must not exceed the value of the service contract sold.

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.

The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer defects). Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, damaged as a result of liquid, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this service contact to another person for a $20.00 administrative. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealers or service contract holder.

This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover damaged LCD’s, interchangeable lens, batteries, remotes, power adapter, digital media, software, bent card reader pins, docking station and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.

Mack Camera and Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit can not be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion.

This service contract applies only to the product(s) specified herein.

This service contract is not an insurance policy. This service contract is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service.

If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchasefor your equipment and the extended warranty, plus your warranty registration number. The advantage of the Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty is the opportunity for worldwide service. We will honor your Mack Camera Extended Warranty where ever you are in the world (except for TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada). From North America to Asia, you are protected from any out of pocket expenses you may incur due to manufacturer defects of your equipment (again, with the exception of TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada).
     PRIOR to having equipment serviced at an international factory service center, please email bwarner@mackcam.comfor a service authorization number. In the email, please provide us with your Name, Warranty Number, Make and Model of your equipment and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. You will receive an authorization number for service via email. It's that easy!!!

 We Charge $2.45 for US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states  OR by UPS Ground it costs $7.75-per-Warranty to 'lower' (contiguous) 48 States for our costs of Processing + Shipping + Tracking + Handling + Insurance. MAKE SHIPPING CHOICE DURING CHECKOUT .
