MACK #1016 - M5 Year Digital Camera between $500 and $1000 for $53.95

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL warranties MUST be purchased WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATED RECEIPT FOR the digital camera, whether you buy the camera here or elsewhere.

Don't let your digital camera become DISPOSABLE in the event that it develops problems after a manufacturer's relatively SHORT warranty coverage! Protect your investment with an ADDITIONAL 4 YEARS of Warranty coverage (assumes a manufacturer's 1-year warranty, but our 5-year warranties all begin upon the purchase of your new or refurbished camera, so if your manufacturer's warranty is 90 days, then it would extend it for 4 years and 9 months, i.e. 5 years minus 90 days). Commencement of Coverage: MACK CAMERA 3-Year Extended Warranties (UNLIKE THIS warranty) are EXTENDED warranties and begin their 3-year coverage term upon the expiration of your camera manufacturer's warranty; on the other hand, however, our MACK CAMERA 5-Year Extended Warranties (like THIS warranty) begin their 5-year coverage term upon the purchase of the camera.

For ANY BRAND (New or Refurbished) OF STILL DIGITAL CAMERA priced between $500 and $1,000 your warranty includes the following:

The equipment registered below is warranted to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of Five (5) years from the date of your purchase of the camera or we shall repair same to operate properly.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service it must be delivered post paid with warranty #, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, N.J. 07081 with a check for $15.00 for shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (cost subject for overseas shipping to be determined) or Call (973) 467-2291 or 800-252-MACK (outside of N.J) for a U.P.S. Call Tag. For international inquires contact us at international@mackcam.com.

The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes all warranted parts and labor.) Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, and does not cover equipment that has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This limited warranty is transferable for a $15.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms, and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer.

This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein.

Accessories not covered: flashes, batteries, power adapter, digital media, software, LCD (non-Manufacture defects), interchangeable lenses, and additional accessories, other expenses or consequential damages. This limited warranty is transferable on listed equipment for a $20.00 fee.

Retain this portion of our contract, it is your proof of ownership. You will be required to present it for service.

Your Mack Camera Extended Warranty covers manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Camera Extended Warranty will cover parts [EXCLUDING Shipping and Accessories] and labor for the life of the Extended Warranty plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Warranty a smart investment for your equipment. Please remember, this warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Again, accessories are not covered under the terms of the warranty.

It is NOT necessary that you buy your equipment to be warranted here (you may buy the product elsewhere and the warranty here) but theMack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchaseof your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchasefor your equipment and the extended warranty, plus your warranty registration number. The advantage of the Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty is the opportunity for worldwide service. We will honor your Mack Camera Extended Warranty where ever you are in the world (except for TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada). From North America to Asia, you are protected from any out of pocket expenses you may incur due to manufacturer defects of your equipment (again, with the exception of TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada).
     PRIOR to having equipment serviced at an international factory service center, please email bwarner@mackcam.comfor a service authorization number. In the email, please provide us with your Name, Warranty Number, Make and Model of your equipment and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. You will receive an authorization number for service via email. It's that easy!!!

 We Charge $2.45 for US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states  OR by UPS Ground it costs $7.75-per-Warranty to 'lower' (contiguous) 48 States for our costs of Processing + Shipping + Tracking + Handling + Insurance. MAKE SHIPPING CHOICE DURING CHECKOUT .
