This Mack Camera Extended Service Contract covers manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Camera Extended Service Contract will cover parts and labor for the life of the Extended Service Contract plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Service Contract a smart investment for your equipment. Please remember, this Service Contract does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories are not covered under the terms of the Service Contract.

The External Storage Device/HD equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer's specification for a period of 3 additional years after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of the equipment purchase. Unit must have a minimum of 90 days manufacturer's warranty.

You must register this warranty within 30 Days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our web site www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service you must visit www.mackcam.com to arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. Please send equipment, required documentation and a check for $20.00 to cover shipping and handling in the Continental US (cost for overseas shipping to be determined) to the address below.

The External Storage Device/ HD will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you if the malfunction of the unit is due to a manufacturer's defect. Such service, repair or adjustment of equipment is assured the original purchaser only, provided that equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, sand, grit, corrosion, impact, cracked, physically broken parts or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Warranty does not extend to installation or adjustment at the user's location, all batteries any software programs or sensitive information data on your system. Accessories are not covered, included but not limited to, cables, batteries, ac adapters, remotes and software. Malfunctions resulting from the use of accessories, attachments, supplies, memory cards, parts or devices are not covered.

Mack Camera and Video Service reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealers or the owner. This limited warranty is transferable for a $20.00 administrative fee.

Mack Camera and Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit cannot be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer defects, replacement will be made with the same or an equivalent model based on the warranted unit current market value at our discretion.

This warranty applies only to the product(s) specified herein.

It is NOT necessary that you buy your equipment to be warranted here (you may buy the product elsewhere and the warranty here) but theMack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchaseof your equipment. The advantage of the Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty is the opportunity for worldwide service. We will honor your Mack Camera Extended Warranty where ever you are in the world (except for TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada). From North America to Asia, you are protected from any out of pocket expenses you may incur due to manufacturer defects of your equipment (again, with the exception of TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada).
     PRIOR to having equipment serviced at an international factory service center, please email
bwarner@mackcam.comfor a service authorization number. In the email, please provide us with your Name, Warranty Number, Make and Model of your equipment and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. You will receive an authorization number for service via email. It's that easy!!!

 We Charge $2.45 for US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states  OR by UPS Ground it costs $7.75-per-Warranty to 'lower' (contiguous) 48 States for our costs of Processing + Shipping + Tracking + Handling + Insurance. MAKE SHIPPING CHOICE DURING CHECKOUT .
