Service Contract Starts From Date of Purchase

This 3 year service contract starts from the date of purchase of your television/video projector. A Mack television/video projector service contract is available; please inquire with your dealer.

This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. You must register this service contract within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website or by calling us toll free at 1-800-xxx-MACK (6225).

To arrange for Home Service or if you have any questions regarding the service of your unit please email us or call our service contract department at 1-800-xxx-6225.

This service contract applies only to DLP, LCD, and video projectors and allows the owner 2 bulb replacements for the period of the service contract.

This service contract is only valid for televisions in the continental U.S.A. & Canada.

This service contract is valid for projectors worldwide.

SERVICE CONTRACT (certificate) MUST BE PRESENTED FOR SERVICE ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE SALES RECEIPT. This

A Mack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, your will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment, the extended warranty, and your warranty registration number. The advantage of the Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty is the opportunity for worldwide service. We will honor your Mack Camera Extended Warranty where ever you are in the world (except for TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada). From North America to Asia, you are protected from any out of pocket expenses you may incur due to manufacturer defects of your equipment (again, with the exception of TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada).
     PRIOR to having equipment serviced at an international factory service center, please email bwarner@mackcam.comfor a service authorization number. In the email, please provide us with your Name, Warranty Number, Make and Model of your equipment and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. You will receive an authorization number for service via email. It's that easy!!!

 We Charge $2.45 for US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states  OR by UPS Ground it costs $7.75-per-Warranty to 'lower' (contiguous) 48 States for our costs of Processing + Shipping + Tracking + Handling + Insurance. MAKE SHIPPING CHOICE DURING CHECKOUT .
