MACK # 1081 3-Year Extended TV, Under $750.00, In-Home Service Warranty $67.00

This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 3 (three) years. The TV product registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair same to operate properly.

This warranty only covers a unit malfunction. Customer maintenance is not covered.

This limited warranty applies only to the TV specified herein, it does not cover picture tube/lamp (if applicable) or unit accessories. This limited warranty is not transferable and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer. Warranty valid only in the United States and Canada.

A Mack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, your will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment, the extended warranty, and your warranty registration number.

This TV equipment will be repaired to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes all parts and labor) such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, provided that the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as result of accident, liquid, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.

The advantage of the Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty is the opportunity for worldwide service. We will honor your Mack Camera Extended Warranty where ever you are in the world (except for TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada). From North America to Asia, you are protected from any out of pocket expenses you may incur due to manufacturer defects of your equipment (again, with the exception of TV warranties which are valid both in the USA + Canada).
     PRIOR to having equipment serviced at an international factory service center, please email bwarner@mackcam.comfor a service authorization number. In the email, please provide us with your Name, Warranty Number, Make and Model of your equipment and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. You will receive an authorization number for service via email. It's that easy!!!

 We Charge $2.45 for US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states  OR by UPS Ground it costs $7.75-per-Warranty to 'lower' (contiguous) 48 States for our costs of Processing + Shipping + Tracking + Handling + Insurance. MAKE SHIPPING CHOICE DURING CHECKOUT .
