Charges NiCD batteries in 4 Hours, NiMH batteries in 7 hours, & 9V batteries in 10- 15 hours.
Charger has a built-in Timer to attempt to prevent overcharging.
Automatically switches to trickle charge (but as general rule you should NOT store batteries in your charger until you need them).
Simply charge your AA NiMH batteries fully, and then remove them while either recharging or topping off your other batteries so that youwill always have batteries ready for use.
