This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 3 (three) years. The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or it will be repaired to operate properly at no charge to you. This exclusive warranty covers all malfunctions including impact, grit, and customer misuse. It does not cover removable flashes, lamps, batteries, loss of film, water damage and cosmetic repairs.

     Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth above, or stated by any representative, the following shall govern the terms of this Warranty Agreement:

3 Year 35mm/APS Ultimate Warranty (No Fault)
This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 3 (three) years. The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly at no charge to you. Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only. This exclusive warranty covers all malfunctions including impact, grit, and customer misuse. This warranty applies only to the product registered. It does not cover removable flashes, batteries, loss of film, cracked lens elements, liquid damage and cosmetic repairs. This limited warranty is transferable on listed equipment for a $20.00 fee.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service, it must be delivered post paid with warranty #, the owner's name and address, dated sales invoice and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, NJ 07081 along with a check for 10.00 to cover shipping and handling in the Continental U.S (cost for overseas shipping to be determined).
