This 3 year service contract starts from the date of purchase of your television/video projector. A Mack television/video projector service contract is available; please inquire with your dealer.
This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. You must register this service contract within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website or by calling us toll free at 1-800-xxx-MACK (6225).

This service contract applies only to DLP, LCD, and video projectors and allows the owner 2 bulb replacements for the period of the service contract.
